The Dometic Ascension FTX 401 TC, a four-person inflatable tent designed for camping trips where comfort and practicality go hand in hand. The polycotton flysheet and spacious interior create a balance between shelter and breathability.

The tent’s breathable Weathershield TC fabric blends polyester and cotton to manage condensation and maintain a pleasant internal climate. With 320 cm width, 750 cm depth and a peak height of 210 cm, there’s room enough to stand up and move around, while the 100% polyethylene groundsheet helps keep dampness at bay. Setting it up is simplified by the Dometic AirFrame system—no separate poles required—and you’ll find a pump, carry bag, guy lines and pegs all included to get you underway.

The Dometic AirFrame uses inflatable beams that you fill with air to create the tent’s structure, replacing conventional poles. Inflatable beams are forgiving on uneven ground and can be tensioned to suit wind conditions. The Weathershield TC polycotton fabric combines the strength of polyester with the natural breathability of cotton, so the tent feels more like a comfortable shelter than a thin nylon cover.
